Hello lovlies! Today I decided to share some of my favorite and essential accessories. Most of them are jewelry but if you have any interest in seeing other types of accessories such as shoes and handbags just leave a comment below and I'd be more than happy to bring those out! These are just some of the few accessories that I find myself putting on very often. I love jewels and anything that sparkles and I also love colorful accessories! They're great to add to an outfit that is neutral. Adding a pop of color with a necklace or earrings can really add something special to an outfit!
1. Necklaces
The orange necklace is from J. Crew and the jeweled necklace is from Francesca's. I love statement necklaces. They're so easy to add to any outfit and there are so many to choose from. It's a great way to add a pop of color to an outfit that is neutral.
2. Watches
The white watch is Kate Spade and the rose gold watch is Anne Klein. Watches are great! They add something to an outfit that nothing else does, besides pearls, classiness. Watches just give a really polished look, even if you're not using them to tell time! And you don't have to go out and buy a Michael Kors watch to get the expensive look. They have great watches at places such as Target. I have a gold watch that I wore for about two years and I got tons of compliments and I got it before wearing watches was even a cool thing to do again!
3. Earrings
The orange drop pendant earrings and the round orange and turquoise earrings are both from Charming Charlie's. They recently put a Charming Charlie in a mall that is decently close to my house and it's amazing! Charming Charlie, if you've never heard of it or never been, is an accessory store. Everything is organized by color and is all very affordable! If you're looking for the perfect accessory for an outfit and don't want to spend fifty plus dollars on a J. Crew beauty, I would definitely suggest making a trip to Charming Charlie. You won't be disappointed!
4. Perfume
This perfume is amazing. It's Marc Jacobs Honey and it smells delicious. It's a sweeter sent but it also has kind of a floral under tone. It's the perfect summer and spring scent and it's not overbearing like some scents can be.
5. Sunglasses
The sunglasses are Ray Ban. I love my aviator style sunglasses. I think they give off a casual but polished look. They are also very classy, in my opinion. The one's in the picture are a smaller frame compared to some of the other aviator's Ray Ban makes but they fit my face perfectly and do a really good job in the sun. I also love that my eyelashes don't scratch the inside of the lenses when I blink. I've had this problem before and it would drive me crazy! Ray Bans are expensive but again you don't need to spend tons of money to look great! Target & Tj Maxx have some great options!
Like I repeatedly said, you don't have to spend a ton of money to great looking accessories. That's the fun part about accessories. A lot of them are affordable and it's the easiest way to keep up with trends! Adding some studded earrings or a bracelet can totally make and outfit, so try reaching out of your comfort zone and going for a statement accessory!
